We specialize in precision CNC Milling (up to 5-axis), CNC Turning (lathe work), and light fabrication. Our services cover the entire production lifecycle, including CAD/CAM design, prototyping, and high-volume production runs.
What materials are you experienced in machining?
We work with a wide range of materials, including metals like Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Titanium, Brass, and Inconel, as well as various plastics such as Delrin (POM), PTFE (Teflon), PEEK, and Polycarbonate.
Do you offer reverse engineering services?
Yes. If you have a broken or obsolete part but no original blueprints, we can reverse engineer the component to create exact replicas and updated digital technical drawings for future production.
What is your typical turnaround time for a project?
While lead times vary based on complexity and material availability, our average turnaround for most projects is 2 to 3 weeks. We also offer expedited services for mission-critical "AOG" (Aircraft on Ground) or emergency repair situations.
What are your machining tolerances?
We are equipped to handle high-precision requirements, with the capability to hold tolerances as tight as ±.0001” depending on the part geometry and material.
Are you ISO certified?
Yes, we maintain rigorous quality standards. Most of our facilities are ISO 9001 certified, and depending on the specific branch, we also hold AS9100 (Aerospace) and ISO 13485 (Medical Device) certifications to ensure compliance with industry-specific safety and quality regulations.
Do you handle small-batch prototypes or only high-volume orders?
We are built for flexibility. Whether you need a single 1-piece prototype for R&D or a production run of 3,000+ pieces, our "lean production" model allows us to remain competitive across all order sizes.
How do I request a quote for my project?
You can request a quote by emailing your 3D models (STEP, IGES, or SolidWorks files) and 2D blueprints (PDF) to our sales team. We typically provide a comprehensive quote within 24–48 hours.
Do you provide finishing services like plating or heat treating?
Yes. To provide a "turnkey" experience, we manage secondary processes through our network of certified subcontractors, including anodizing, powder coating, heat treating, and black oxiding.
What are your machining tolerances?
We ship components globally. For local partners near our facilities (such as those in the Cincinnati or Ontario regions), we often provide free local delivery or scheduled pickups.
